Shipping Rates for the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands will be applied at time of order.

Delivery Method and Timing:
Orders are shipped via UPS whenever possible.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

There is no weekend service for our Second or Next Day delivery options.  Shipments leave our warehouse facility Monday through Friday.

All Returns Require Prior Authorization:
Smokehouse, LLC will warranty any product against manufacturing defects for up to one year from the purchase date. All returns must be pre-approved from the factory and returned prepaid.
